CLUSTER ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

Only the official representative for Chess at your school should register

It is important your students are familiar with the rules of Chess. We recommend this great video series from ChessKid.com that you can show beginners to help them learn.
Cluster events are open to students of all ages. However, you cannot enter senior students (years 9-13) to an intermediate event. And you cannot send intermediate students to a primary event (years 1-6). Intermediate and Senior events are indicated in the cluster event dropdown.
If you do not know the names of your Team-Members, enter your school and leave the names blank. When you have confirmed all your team-members, return here and enter them.
You must enter a minimum of four players.

If the venue for the cluster event you would like to enter is undetermined, and you would like to host the event, please click the Host checkbox and we will be in touch.

Fees are $10 per player (inclusive of GST). For Decile 1-4 schools fees are $5 per player inclusive of GST. For host schools, there are no fees.
Please do not bring any Cash or Cheques on the day for entry fees.

All schools will be sent a tax-invoice reflecting the number of players who actually attend the event. This will be given to the attending teacher on the day of the event.

You will have the opportunity to purchase discounted merchandise from our partners at Chess City (Chess Sets, Clocks, Books etc) at the event. Again, we can invoice your school for items purchased on the day.
