Once registrations get underway, you will be able to view the schools that have registered teams to date on our official National Finals 2020 tournament page.

You can also view the photos from the Chess Power National Finals 2019.

As we get closer to the event, you will have the opportunity to find out all the details of the event including attire, parking, directions once you arrive, meals on the day and prizes.

We will also be hosting an ONLINE Chess Power Teams National Finals to run along side the onsite tournament for qualifying schools who are not able to attend onsite. For more information SEE THE EVENT PAGE

NOTE:

• Schools are able to enter a team into the online tournament AND into the onsite tournament. 
• Should a school choose to enter both tournaments, a full team must be registered for each tournament. For example you CAN NOT enter 2 students into the online tournament and 3 students into the onsite tournament.

Tournament Registration

If your school has qualified it will be listed above with the number of places you have qualified for. An invitation letter will also be sent to you. You will need to RSVP confirming your attendance and pay prior to Wednesday 14 October 2020.

If you are still stuck, please email your team names to nationalfinals@chesspower.co.nz including the division you are entering (Junior, Intermediate or Senior) and the Gender and Date of Birth of players.
